Objective

Achieving Zero Accident by ensuring the site safety and safety of the workmen by proper implementation of safety guidelines and use of safety equipment and PPE’s.

Implementation

Safety Training : Imparting safety training to each person before induction to site and use of PPE’s through proper demonstration.

Safety Review : Everyday before start of work safety talk is given and ensure proper use of PPE’s.

Work site safety action :

• Equipment Use: Ensuring safety guard for grinding machine, Providing double earthing to all electrical welding equipments, Ensuring NRV to all gas cutting sets, Ensuring proper regulators to all gas cylinders.
• Gas Hazards : Ensuring proper ventilation in the confined working areas, providing gas masks to the workmen in gas hazardous areas and ensuring use of gas detection devices wherever necessary.
• Safety Equipments : Ensure sufficient availability of proper fire extinguishers & fire buckets at site.
• Display and protection of restricted areas like radiography, heavy erection, grit blasting etc at site.
• First Aid Box : First aid box with adequate medicine, bandages etc to be available at site all time.
• Drinking Water Facilities : Ensuring drinking water facilities to all labour at site.

Tool Box Meeting : A weekly tool box meeting will be organized with client for discussing safety records and the ways for enhancing the site safety.

Housekeeping : Ensure daily housekeeping at site e.g. proper stacking of cylinders empty and filled separately, disposing scrap to the near by scrap yard area at site, proper storage of tools, tackles & consumables.

Emergency Action Plan : In case of any Accident / Incidents / Near Miss Accident / First Aid we will follow client specified action plan or our action plan as given below.
